Privacy Policy

GTA6Loop has no accounts, no logins, and no shopping cart, so there is very little about you for us to hold. This page sets out exactly what is collected, by whom, and what you can do about it. Last updated July 29, 2026.

Who is responsible

GTA6Loop is an independent, fan-run website. For data-protection purposes the site operator is the data controller, reachable at talhaiqbal0174@gmail.com. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we never collect your name, postal address, phone number, date of birth, or any payment details — the site takes no payments at all. What is collected is limited to:

Usage analytics. Pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region level, not a precise location), device and browser type, and general interaction data. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 — see the next section.
Server and network logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical request data including IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. This is standard infrastructure logging and we do not use it to build any profile of you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the specific service providers named on this page.

Analytics and cookies

The site loads Google Analytics 4 (Google's gtag.js tag). Google sets first-party cookies — typically _ga and related identifiers — to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure how people move through the site. We use this only in aggregate, to see which pages are worth writing more of. Google's own handling of that data is governed by its privacy policy, and Google may transfer and process it outside your country.

You can opt out at browser level. Blocking cookies, using a tracking blocker, enabling “Do Not Track”, or installing Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on will all stop this collection, and the site works normally without it — nothing here is gated behind analytics.

Two things the site deliberately does not do: web fonts are self-hosted from our own domain at build time rather than fetched from Google Fonts, so browsing does not send a request to Google's font servers; and there are no social-media tracking pixels.

Only the analytics cookies described above are set at present. If and when advertising or any other non-essential third-party tracking goes live, a consent prompt will be shown before those cookies are set, and this page will be updated at the same time. We would rather tell you the current state than display a consent banner that implies more is happening than is.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site is intended to be supported by display advertising, but no advertising network is currently running. The spaces marked “Advertisement” are placeholders, and no ad-network cookies are being set. When a network such as Google AdSense is switched on, it will be able to set its own cookies to select and measure ads, that will require your consent where the law requires it, and this section will be rewritten to name the network involved.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, labelled where they appear. If you follow one, the destination retailer may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy; we receive only anonymous commission reporting, never information about who you are or what else you bought. There is currently no newsletter and no mailing list. We hold no email addresses at all.

The site previously displayed a signup form that was never connected to an email provider — it accepted an address, discarded it, and told you that you were subscribed. That was wrong, so the form has been removed rather than reworded: if we cannot actually sign you up, we should not be asking for your address. Where it used to be, the page now says signups are not open.

When the newsletter does go live, this section will be updated to name the email provider, and addresses will be used only to send site updates, with one-click unsubscribe in every message and deletion from the list on unsubscribe. Addresses will never be sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Embedded video

Trailer pages embed official Rockstar Games videos from YouTube using the youtube-nocookie.com privacy-enhanced domain, which avoids setting personalisation cookies for visitors who do not press play. If you do play an embedded video, YouTube receives the request and may set cookies under Google's privacy policy. Nothing on the site auto-plays.

How long data is kept

We hold no personal-data store of our own. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, after which Google deletes it; infrastructure logs are retained by our host for a short operational period. Since there is no newsletter list and no accounts, there is nothing else being kept.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the UK/EU GDPR or the CCPA — you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to complain to your national data-protection regulator.

Because we do not operate accounts, we usually cannot identify an individual visitor within analytics data, which limits what we can retrieve on request — but we will always tell you honestly what we can and cannot find. Children's privacy

GTA 6 is an adults-oriented title and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that threshold). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete whatever we hold.

Changes to this policy

This page is updated whenever the site's actual data handling changes — in particular when advertising or the newsletter goes live. The last-updated date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
