About these terms

GTA6Loop is an independent, unofficial fan site about Grand Theft Auto VI, operated by an individual site owner reachable at talhaiqbal0174@gmail.com. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.

Two related pages form part of these terms by reference: the privacy policy and the disclaimer, which covers trademarks, image credits, and the accuracy of pre-release information.

Acceptable use

The site is here to be read and shared. You may not, however:

• •Scrape or bulk-copy the site to republish it, in whole or in substantial part, on another site or in another app.
• •Use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people, or attempt to bypass rate limiting or security measures.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• •Use the site to distribute malware, or to post or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harassing material through any contact channel we provide.
• •Remove or obscure attribution, credits, or affiliate disclosures when quoting or reproducing our material.
• •Present our content as your own, or as an official Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive communication.

Our content, and what you may do with it

The editorial text, page structure, and original graphics created for this site belong to GTA6Loop. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract — a paragraph or two, a single data point, a screenshot of one of our own tables — for commentary, discussion, or a news story, provided you credit GTA6Loop and link to the page you took it from.

What is not permitted without written permission is republishing whole articles or guides, translating them wholesale, redistributing our original graphics commercially, or feeding the site's content into a product that substitutes for reading it here. Permission is often given if you ask — the email address above is real.

Important limit on that licence: it covers our own material only. The official GTA 6 artwork, screenshots, trailer stills, and trademarks appearing on this site are the property of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive, and we cannot and do not grant you any rights over them. If you want to reuse that material, your position depends on your own use and on their rights, not on anything we say here. See the disclaimer.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

The site is funded by advertising and affiliate links. Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate placements are labelled where they appear, and affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored" in the page markup.

Commercial relationships do not buy editorial coverage. No advertiser or affiliate partner reviews or approves what we publish, and we are not paid to recommend any specific retailer, storefront, or hardware. The independence commitment is set out in full in the editorial standards.

GTA6Loop is not a retailer. We do not sell Grand Theft Auto VI, take payments, ship anything, or handle returns. Any purchase you make happens on a third-party storefront — Rockstar's own store, PlayStation Store, Xbox, or a retailer — entirely under that seller's terms, pricing, and refund policy. Questions about an order must go to them, not to us.

Accuracy and no warranty

The site covers an unreleased game, and much of what is publicly known about it is rumour or reporting rather than fact. We label claims as confirmed, rumoured, or leaked, and we correct errors when we find them — but all content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Release dates, prices, editions, and system requirements can change without notice. Always confirm current details with the official source before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTA6Loop and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. That expressly includes purchasing decisions — most obviously buying a PC, GPU, or console on the strength of pre-release system requirements that later change. Those decisions are yours.

We are also not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites we link to, and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Third-party rights

Grand Theft Auto, GTA, and Rockstar Games are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and/or Rockstar Games. This site is unofficial and unaffiliated, and nothing in these terms grants you any rights in their intellectual property. Full notices are on the disclaimer page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example when advertising or the newsletter goes live, or if the site's features change. The last-updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be described, not slipped in.
