About

GTA6Loop is an independent, fan-run GTA 6 resource β€” built to separate what Rockstar has actually confirmed from everything else being said about the biggest game launch of the decade.

Why this site exists

GTA 6 information is scattered across a hundred subreddits, YouTube breakdowns, aggregator posts, and clickbait headlines β€” and almost all of it is presented at the same confidence level. A detail Rockstar put in a trailer, a claim from an anonymous account, and a screenshot from a three-year-old stolen development build all end up looking equally authoritative.

That is the problem this site was built to fix. The goal is not to have the most GTA 6 pages; it is that when you read something here, you can tell where it came from and how much weight it deserves.

Who runs it

GTA6Loop is a small, independent project run by longtime GTA fans. It is not a games-media company, it has no newsroom, and it has no connection to anyone at Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive β€” nothing published here is insider information. It is public information, organised and labelled.

Articles are published under the collective byline The GTA6Loop Team. That is a deliberate choice: a made-up named journalist with an invented background would look more authoritative and would be a lie, and this site's only real asset is being straight with you about what it knows.

How we source and label things

Every substantive claim on the site falls into one of three buckets, and pages keep them visibly apart:

  • Confirmed β€” shown or stated by Rockstar or Take-Two: official trailers, screenshots and artwork, the Rockstar Newswire, press releases, or Take-Two earnings calls.
  • Rumoured β€” reported by someone other than Rockstar and not officially verified. Attributed to whoever said it, and never written as if Rockstar said it.
  • Leaked β€” from unauthorised material, mainly the September 2022 breach. Always labelled, treated as years-old development footage rather than a description of the final game, and never hosted or linked here.

Where a topic mixes the two β€” a feature Rockstar has shown, with details that only exist in the leaks β€” the confirmed part and the unconfirmed part are stated separately instead of being merged into one smoother sentence. The full methodology, including how corrections are handled, is written out on the editorial standards page.

How the content is checked

Every article here is reviewed against its sources before publishing. The check targets the thing that goes wrong most often in pre-release coverage: confident, unsourced specifics.

So numbers, dates, names, prices, and quotes get checked against an official source or they come out. Fluent writing is not evidence that anything was verified, and where something genuinely is not known, the page says so rather than filling the gap.

Independence and money

The site is funded by advertising and affiliate links. No advertiser or affiliate partner sees, approves, or influences editorial content, and we are not paid to recommend any storefront or piece of hardware. GTA6Loop does not sell the game and is not a retailer β€” where we cover prices, the purchase happens on Rockstar's store or a platform storefront under their terms.

GTA6Loop is an unofficial fan site with no affiliation to or endorsement from Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Official GTA 6 artwork and screenshots are the property of Rockstar Games and are used for identification and commentary, with credit; trailers are embedded only from Rockstar's official channel. Details are on the disclaimer page.

What you'll find here

News with rumours labelled as rumours; release-date coverage including the full delay history rather than just the current date; the map and characters of Leonida; gameplay detail with confirmed and unconfirmed separated; guides written before launch and updated after; and free tools including the countdown and the PC compatibility checker.
