GTA 6 Properties & Safehouses: What's Actually Confirmed
Last updated: July 25, 2026
When it comes to GTA 6 properties, there’s really one thing Rockstar has firmly confirmed: “Jason’s Safehouse,” a beachfront home officially named in Rockstar’s own screenshots, which Jason shares with Lucia and which upgrades over time. Beyond that, most “property lists” you’ll find online are built on GTA Online tradition, series nostalgia, or the 2022 leaks — reasonable guesses, but not confirmed for GTA 6. Below we separate the genuinely confirmed from the speculated, so you know exactly where things stand.

GTA 6 Trailer 2 — Rockstar Games
What Properties Are Confirmed in GTA 6?
So far, Rockstar has confirmed one clear player property: Jason’s Safehouse. The wider system of buying homes, businesses, and warehouses — a staple of GTA Online — hasn’t been officially detailed for GTA 6’s single-player campaign yet. That’s the honest picture: one confirmed home, confirmed customization, and a lot of well-informed speculation about the rest.
We expect much more to be revealed with Trailer 3 and gameplay footage. Until then, this page sticks to what’s actually been shown.
Confirmed Properties & Businesses (Shown by Rockstar)
✅ Confirmed by RockstarThese come directly from Rockstar’s trailers and official screenshots.
Jason’s Safehouse
The one clearly-confirmed player home. Rockstar’s June 2026 screenshots officially refer to the beachfront property as “Jason’s Safehouse.” It sits in the Leonida Keys and belongs to drug runner Brian Heder, who lets Jason live there rent-free in exchange for help with local shakedowns. After Lucia is released from prison, she’s shown living there too. The interior and exterior feature prominently throughout Trailer 2. More on their relationship in our GTA 6 Story & Setting guide.

Home Upgrades & Customization (Confirmed Feature)
Rockstar has confirmed the shared safehouse improves over time, pointing to home-upgrade and customization systems. Alongside this, official screenshots confirm character customization (fashion) and extensive vehicle customization (“artistic and performance-based vehicle mods,” detailed interiors, rims, and donk stylings).
Businesses Shown in Trailers
A few named businesses have appeared on screen: Uncle Jack’s Liquor (robbed in Trailer 1, in Port Gellhorn) and Port Gellhorn Pawn & Gun. The Ammu-Nation gun-store chain also returns to the series. These are shown as world locations; whether any are purchasable/ownable is not confirmed.

Speculated & Leak-Sourced Properties (Unconfirmed)
⚠️ Speculated & Leak-Sourced
These come from GTA Online tradition, series nostalgia, or the September 2022 leaks — NOT from Rockstar’s official GTA 6 reveals. We don’t host leaked material; these are listed as unconfirmed context only.
- "Key Lento" safehouse name — Rockstar showed the safehouse, but the specific "Key Lento" name is fan-wiki sourced and unverified.
- Starlet Motel (Port Gellhorn) — appears in the 2022 leaks and a trailer room scene; its role as a usable safehouse is unconfirmed.
- Jack of Hearts strip club (linked to Boobie Ike) — appeared in leaked footage as enterable and in some screenshot exteriors; ownership and enterable status are unconfirmed.
- Malibu Club return — Trailer 1 shows a nightclub interior, but identifying it as the returning Malibu Club is fan speculation built on Vice City nostalgia.
- Print Works return — pure fan speculation, no official basis.
- Purchasable businesses, warehouses, bunkers, heist setup rooms, smuggling ops — these are GTA Online staples and leak-hinted, but NOT confirmed for GTA 6.
- "700+ enterable interiors" — a leak-sourced figure, not an official Rockstar number.
- A remote Grassrivers swamp safehouse — a fan assumption based on series tradition, not shown.
